Effective date: October 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we receive through strategicawarenessgroup.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and how to contact us about it. The Site is operated by Michael Regan, operating under the name Strategic Awareness Group (“SAG,” “we,” “us”). Strategic Awareness Group is a business name, not a separately registered company.

Information we collect

Information you send us. The “Request a briefing” form asks for:

If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Technical information. When you visit the Site, your browser sends standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested, to the services that deliver the Site (described below). SAG does not use this information to identify or profile visitors.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive, or financial information through the form.

How we use information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and to manage related correspondence with you.

The service providers described below handle your information so that we can receive and reply to your inquiry, including screening the form for spam. We may also use or disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect SAG’s rights or the safety of others.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers. They process information on SAG’s behalf to provide their services, under their own terms and privacy policies, and may do so in the United States or other countries.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

SAG has not added cookies, analytics, advertising tools, or tracking scripts to the Site. The Site does not track visitors across other websites, so it does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals. We do not knowingly allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time and across websites through the Site.

How long we keep information

We keep form inquiries and related correspondence for up to 12 months after our last correspondence with you. We may keep them longer where reasonably necessary for an ongoing business relationship with you, or to meet legal obligations.

We review our records periodically and delete inquiries and related emails, from our Netlify account and our mailbox, once they are no longer needed. Deletion is done by hand, not automatically, so a record may remain until the next periodic review after the 12-month period ends. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

Your choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing info@strategicawarenessgroup.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. We may need to keep some information where the law requires it.

Security

We take reasonable steps, appropriate to a small business, to protect the information we receive. No website, transmission, or storage method is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date on this page.
